1) Payments & Discount Codes
You can purchase on our website using several payment methods.
- Credit and prepaid cards: You can use all credit and prepaid cards belonging to the Mastercard and Visa circuits. Payment via Postepay is also accepted.
- PayPal: You can pay using your PayPal account.
- Cash on Delivery: Payment on delivery requires an additional €2 fee.
- Bank transfer: To place an order via bank transfer, first select your products and complete the order. You will then receive the bank details via email. Make sure to enter your order number as the transfer reference. Payment by bank transfer delays order processing by 2–3 business days, as we ship only after the payment is confirmed. You will be promptly updated on the order status.
- Amazon Pay: You can pay using Amazon Pay.
To use a discount code, enter it during checkout in the "Apply Discount Code" section. The code will automatically be applied to your cart.
Most discount codes require you to log in to our website. If the code still doesn’t work after logging in, it may refer to an expired or invalid promotion. Contact us for further details.

2) Ordering on farmaciasoccavo.it
Placing an order on farmaciasoccavo.it is very simple. Choose from over 70,000 products, add them to your cart, and follow the guided instructions to complete payment. At checkout, you can enter your personal details and select your preferred payment and shipping methods.
Phone orders can be placed during customer service hours by calling 0817677706. You must provide the correct product name and your personal details for shipping.
Registration is not required. You can purchase as a guest and still receive real-time updates on your order. We recommend registering to keep a record of your orders.
After placing an order, you will receive a valid invoice by email and in paper form with the products. To include your tax code, enter it correctly during checkout. All purchases are automatically reported to the tax authorities.
You will receive a confirmation email if your order was successfully placed. Check your spam folder if you do not receive it. Contact customer service if needed.
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours if they have not yet been processed in our warehouse. Items can be removed but not added. Modifications are allowed within 24 hours before the order is processed.
3) Shipping & Delivery
We use GLS, a reliable express courier ensuring timely delivery.
Delivery usually takes 3–5 business days, 6–7 days for Sardinia and smaller islands. Delays may occur due to courier issues.
You will receive real-time updates with a tracking number and link as soon as the order leaves our pharmacy.
You will receive an email with a tracking link and number to follow your shipment step by step.
The courier will attempt delivery 3 times and call you. If delivery fails, the order goes on hold and a new attempt will be scheduled.
No deliveries on weekends or national holidays: Jan 1, Jan 6, Easter & Easter Monday, Apr 25, May 1, Jun 2, Aug 15, Nov 1, Dec 8, Dec 25–26. Orders will be delivered on the next business day.
4) Returns & Refunds
Products can be returned within 14 days. Contact Customer Service first. Send products to CM Farma srl – Via Guglielmo Marconi 20, 80027 Frattamaggiore (NA). Include your order number and package carefully. Refunds are issued after verification.
Returns within 14 days are free of charge and without penalty. See the Returns & Refunds section for details.
Refunds are processed using the payment method used for the order.
Refunds are usually credited within 7–8 business days after receipt of the product.
5) Complaints & Issues
Email info@farmaciasoccavo.it with your order number and a photo of the wrong product. A pharmacist will contact you promptly.

If your tracking shows "shipment not in delivery, contact sender", the courier failed to deliver. The order will be on hold; email us with your correct details to facilitate delivery.
6) Products & Availability
You can purchase OTC and SOP medicines, cosmetics, supplements, medical devices, personal care products, diagnostic tools, baby products, food, homeopathic medicines, veterinary medicines, and all health & wellness products.
All products listed online are available. Occasionally, items may go out of stock unexpectedly. Customer service will contact you for guidance or refunds.
Most products have the expiration date in the product sheet. If missing, contact customer service for the exact date.
If a product is not listed online, contact customer service by email or phone. If possible, we will add it for you.
Most products are continuously restocked. You can leave your email in the product sheet to be notified when it is back in stock.
Yes. All products purchased are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty and comply with Ministry of Health standards.
Yes! Products are from the original manufacturer or authorized distributors. Our clients’ health is our top priority.
